Training in PC not available

Hi, since a few weeks I cannot train players when im playing OSM with browser in my PC.
I can only access the training feature when I use the APP on my tablet.
I really prefer to play OSM on PC.
So I would appreciate a resolution on this issue.

Hi there,
Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache of the browser you are using?
If that doesn't work, then complete the training on your tablet. Afterwards you can try to send your players to train on the webversion.

@FC-Eddie_NL Hi, so the only way it works its by using Chrome. With Safari, despite cleaning cookies and cache, still persists.

If it works with Chrome but not with Safari, then the issue is in your Safari browser and not in your OSM account. Perhaps you have disabled pop-ups, the browser needs to be updated or an ad-blocker/firewall/anti-virus scanner/browser extensions is blocking something.
There is not much else we can do, I'm affraid.

I saw other reports and went to check if there was something wrong. We found out some other users were facing similar problems when playing in 'old' versions of browsers.
We've made some changes today to try and fix this error. @bestharryever Can you please let us know if all is working for you now?
