Hi there,
On the Friends page and the Chat page you can add managers. Both can be found when you click on your managername in the top right corner. Keep in mind that you need to know the name of the manager. There is no option to search using one or more random letters.
If you have your OSM account connected to your Facebook account, you can also search through your Facebook contacts to check if any one of them has an account on OSM.
