Unable to watch ads on the web version

Whenever I try to watch ads to train the players, get boss coins or any other time, it just gets stuck loading. Some details of my situation : I use Firefox, my adblocker is disabled, my antivirus is disabled. Reference image of the "loading" is attached below

@FC-Eddie_NL Yes, I have tried clearing the cookies and cache prior to posting. The problem persists though

Same problem with me and it has been happening since the double boss coin event a couple of weeks ago

this issue has been ongoing since the new AdInPlay version of reward video began.
it's been over a month now, I've tried 4 different browsers, cleared cookies, cleared cache, still will not work.

Hey, there! I know it is an old post, but had the exact same problem and the solution was deactivating the adblocks.
