Bug in the League

In order to make the things easier for you Gamebasics, you have 2 options:

You fix this bug asap so we can proceed with this important national competition;

You shutdown all these bugged leagues, making sure that every single player receives every boss coin spent in friendlies, players and scouts, back to their accounts.
If both of those options won’t happen exactly as they say, you will have the entire portuguese community against your organization, because we are supposed to getting fun with this game and seems like you are taking that from us. And I’m not even talk about the money and time spent. So please think fast and wisely.

I understand it is frustrating, but threatening is not the way to go. Bugs are annoying, but they can happen in a game like OSM. It is impossble for Gamebasics to locate every single bug without the help of the community. That is what @FeelStrikeX did. By letting know there are issues, Gamebasics can look into it and try to find out what is happening and act based on that investigation.
This post of yours isn't going to help in any way to sort out the issue.

Could you help out and check what the league numbers are for these leagues and on which server(s) they are created?
If Gamebasics knows the league numbers they can inmediately check those leagues and don't have to search for the leagues themselves. This could speed up the process.
And if you haven't done already, also advise the users that are in those league to stop using Bosscoins for their team.

It is important that you resolve this bug. I know it's not easy, but there are a lot of people who spent a lot of boss coins. We would appreciate it if you resolved the issue as soon as possible. For the good of the Portuguese community. In my league the problem has not yet been resolved.

https://pt.onlinesoccermanager.com/League/Standings/183026790The problem with the cup still remain, in the first round a draw was made I think after your intervention but the next round appers with no draw... We are afraid that we might stay stuck on matchday 10, 25-05-2024.
Can you check it?

They are saying that is should be fixed now, though they didn't specify what they fixed exactly.
