Hi there,
Well, first off: do you have an active ad blocker for OSM? If so, you need to deactivate it in order to watch the ads.
If the ad blocker isn't the issue and you still can't watch the ads: have you tried clearing the cookies and cache of the browser? If the issue is on the OSM app, then delete it and reinstall it again.

I don't block any adds and I had already reinstalled the app, my situation is that I watch 2 videos and then it goes like 5 minutes without another video appearing

There is indeed an issue with the ads on Android that causes ads from certain providers to take a long time before they load. So you might have to wait minutes or even hours before the ad can be watched. There is also a possibility that the option to watch a video is disabled until that ad has been loaded.
Unfortunately, this can't be fixed by Gamebasics/Miniclip and needs to be solved by the provider of those ads. When that happens is impossible to say.

@FC-Eddie_NL Website works fine, just have a problem on phone (android). The problem started yesterday after last update.

I also have the same problem after the latest update. As you wrote, it's not related to advertising campaigns because there isn't this problem on a PC or even on an old smartphone.
@MrPanicoA I have Samsung Galaxy s23+ isn't old just one year. Also the mobile have last updates from android an samsung.
