Just bought a player pack-decent players but all left wingers!!! Is this normal

I bought 2 gold and 4 silver and lost 800 coins and didn't get any packs

Hi there,

If you didn't use the pack inmediately, then it is stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). Make sure you are into the clubslot where you want to get the players for. And it will only be left in your inventory for 7 days, so make sure to use it in time.

Hi there,

Well, you get three random players. I don't think the chance for that is really high, but I think it is possible that all three players are for the same position. I got a central defender, goalkeeper and a left winger for my try-out pack, so it doesn't look like it's bugged out.

Oh but I try to open them when I got them and they disappeared and the coins

When you open the pack you have to click/tap on the face down card you see. Then the player you get is revealed. Do this three times and then you should get the claim button to claim those three players.

I don't know what happens if you click/tap anywhere else. Is the pack not stored in your inventory?

It happened that I got three goalkeepers!!!

Hi Eddie, bought a gold player pack and it's not in my inventory, anything I can to do to get this sorted?
