I've been playing this game for a long time and I've always had fun, I've purchased many times. Everything is perfect, but today about 10 minutes ago I purchased an offer of €15. The connection took me out and I received the message that I had spent €15. as soon as I returned to the game the tokens were not there, I tried many times to exit and reenter but nothing, I hope you can do something for me, thanks

If you bought Bosscoins and you didn't received them, then you should be able to claim them through the career page (main page in the OSM app).

If you bought items, such as Club Funds, Position Swaps and Player Packs, you should find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).
If you can't claim them or don't see them in your inventory, then you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them via the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
