I paid for a welcome bundle and got my 200 coins but I never got my 25 million?

When you buy items from the OSM Store you can find them in your inventory, which is the blue-yellow OSM bag you will see at the top of the screen on every page.
If you don't find them there, then you will have to contact our customer service. They can help you out with this. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
