Gold Pack Error

I just bought a Gold Pack, the payment was made, but when I was opening, there was an error and when I tried to check again at the Inventory, there was no pack. Also, no players were tranfered to my squad. What should I do?

The best thing you can do is contact our customer support. They can help you out with this issue. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
