Hi osm lovers hope u havin a good day!

I like this game a lot i’v played it for some time and it’s one of my favourite games. You can’t compare first person shooter games or fc 25 to osm because they are different games. But osm is a really legendary game to me for a few reasons:
1: the style of the game.
The logos for example. Of course, we want to see the real logos of the leagues and teams, but the logos look good like that. It gives an “osm” feeling.
2. The game is very easy but really complicated
It’s so easy to manage your team. Training players, tactics, transfers, specialists. There are also the staff. Then there are training camps and secret trainings, but you can only do six to make it fair.
3. leve
There are different levels, depending on where u want to play. U can just play the game for fun, or if u take it seriously you can represent your crew in CCW or your country in WNC.

Its a good game with a good community. I’v made some good friends just by sitting at home and chatting.

There are however some suggestions i would like to make:

1.I’ve always imagined how osm would be if there was an esport competition for it. Of course it would be really complicated about how to make it, but those who have time could become professionals at esports. Imagine that. Professional WNC and CCW.

2.Detailed tactics. Not too much in depth but stuff like: when u choose a formation, you can move the players around a bit. You can give a certain amount of instructions to your players like: left back. Support midfield. Mark player a from other team. etc. also if u could set the length and width of the formation.

3.There are certain things in a game that u don’t have control of. Like substitutions. And penalties. Maybe we could set a penalty line up and there could be some way to control substitutions.

4.I know a lot of people are asking for this: to see the game in 3d. I know it would be, like, mega hard to do that. I’m not really pushing for the idea, but if it ever happened, i would be happy.

5.We don’t really understand how the engine simulates the matches. It would be good if the players got an idea of how this happens.

6.A place where u can create a custom league. You could pay a certain amount of boss coins then select a format like league or knockout or champions league style. Then u could choose any team international or from a league and add them to the competition. Then u could invite ur friends to the league.

7.This can make life a lot easier: a chat for all the league members. A lot of people prefer whatsapp or other apps for some reason. If all the league members could chat on the app that would be great. Even if people looked at the crew they wouldn’t be able to see the chat if they weren’t members.

What do you guys think of my opinions? Feel free to tell your ideas. Before going, i have a question, if any of the forum moderators could pls answer:
The review that i just gave, the developers of the game, will they get it? I really want these ideas to be taken into account (especially no1).

Some additions to that:

Transfers. Its really annoying that you practically can’t even play the game without transfers. Each player heavily relies on them. It would be good if this problem is overcome.
Boss coins. Its never easy to get them (well to represent international teams, you need 1000 for 10 days so…)
AI are too easy to beat. They should be given more intelligence.
Career mode would be a nice option (only if the AI is harder than it currently is.)

Transfers can be set of for a private league
Boss coins are an add-on. If you need them, you can buy them. Game can easily played without.
The intention of the game is to play in full leagues with others. CPU does'nt evolve it's squad.
Career mode. No, just the Winners League. The game OSM is a game made for just one season.

You can allready see that. Visit a profile and you can see the league.

Don't know about that. That is something for MC.
This is the max. for now. It should be a game that has'nt to much more details. We had BCS in the past that was more detailed, but less played.
FAQ
Scoreboard it is, the costs are probably to high for this result.
You can read the book of Jeroen Derwort : Scoren! It's as far as i know only in Dutch. He's the creator and explains how it works. To keep it simple, the engine works on a maths, with all the variables of the squads and tactics.

8. I mean, tranfers are done everyday. Like, on career mode in ea fc 25, youd’e make a transfer after, around each 5 matches.
9. I’m sure that everyone who plays osm would say it is impossible to play without them.
10. I remember, long time ago, i was managing in a league. There were only two other guys in the league with me, who came on 1 time for the league. I won the treble. (= bored to craziness)

12.mate, i’m flipping bored of people telling me this is on the forum, that is on the forum. Bro, 6 months ago i posted an ad for my crew. 1 guy joined. The point is not he joined. We needed just 5 members. Currently we need 4 members, so i had to post an ad again. Plus you tell me how many people have said theyre looking for a crew. Maybe 20. In 5 years.

I was thinking about this for about a month so plz if somone could answer this. There loads of different competitions on osm for international and with teams. Can anyone plz explain how many different competitions there are, what happens in the m, and how to get in them? It would make life easier.

Moderator:Hi thereI'm not entirely sure what you mean exactly, but if you are refering to leagues on OSM in general, you can find out your self by going to the choose a team page on an empty slot. You can also check out the starting squad of each team on the league overview page on the webversion of OSM. If you are refering to the crew community and their crew and internatioal events, then for starters you will have to be in a crew to even have the possibillity to join those leagues. From there it is getting your name out by participating in crew related events. There is also a special section on the forum for everthing crew related. Moderator:A lot of those events aren't running anymore because there is no host to organize it. Crew world has died out a little bit over the last 5 years. I'm not into that world, so I don't know if there are still tournaments running or not.

My take for some of those suggestions:

First of: I don't think it's really easy to become an e-sport. I imagine that there are a lot of rules to cover. Second: OSM isn't really an e-sports type kind of game. You play one match a day. That doesn't work for e-sports. Gamebasics would have to create an entirely different format for that to work.

2 and 3: These things has been suggested countless of times already. I don't believe Gamebasics has ever shot them down entirely, but I also don't think there is much priority for them at the moment.

7: This feature was removed because barely anyone used it. So it's pretty safe to assume this won't be coming back. You have things like whatsapp and discord now that people would still prefer over a league chat.

8: Transfers are pretty much the lifeblood of OSM. Change that drasticaly and you have a mutiny on your hands.

9: There a plenty of options to get them, but the most easy one is to buy them. Other sources like the achievements, end of season bonus and offers on the 'Free Bosscoins page take more time to collect.

13: The majority of the crew world goes through the forum. The Dutch version also has a whatsapp group for that, but I don't know if that also applies for OSM World. Wooper can probably tell you more about that.

@FC-Eddie_NL thanks bro. For boss coins, i refuse to spend money. I don’t think its fair that people who spend money get to go international tournaments, be in top 100 on leaderboards etc. maybe there are players way better than them, but the people who spent money have a more decorated profile due to spending money
