some Bug appeared. Cannot use my Winners Cup Ticket because it says that team is busy. Finished 2 days ago. Appeared to me already with all Winners Cup Tickets (cca 5-6 times before). After 5 days problem disappears. Ticket is gone...

If it happens again, then first try to delete cookies and cache and see if that solves it. If not, then the best thing you can do is contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
Also make sure to have a free slot available when you want to redeem the ticket.
