@Thijs_Poppe_Stegeman_NL Do you scout specific positions or nationalities? Because if there are no players meeting your criteria then the sytem directly scouts other options.

Hi there,
As @Majstor-Matt stated above, this is most likely due to the fact that there are no players left that fits your search criteria. The scout wil then offer different players that come as close to your search criteria as possible and who are still available. There are not a whole lot of players who are in te 85-99 range and you will have to wait until managers in your league train players into that range and then sell them. Then you might be able to scout those players again.
