after being undefeated for more than 3 months and with a 95% winning percentage, my 433A with wings play betrayed me: I lost 4-0 in the champions' cup against a 433B tiki-taka, zone marking, no offside, stronger than me (135 vs. 128).

I want to try to turn it around in the return leg: do you have any tips on how to do it?

I think it's quite difficult if you use the same 433A to fight your enemy. since your squad is weaker than your enemy.
if your enemy is still using 433B, you can use 5 midfielders tactic like 4231 or 451 with Shoot on Sight tactic. But effective or not, it depend on your overall tactic setting.

@Sir-Ben-Allen Hi Sir, 433B using wing-play is to optimize your RW and LW as they are more like wingers forwards.
so that's why you find many managers will use wingplay in 433B formation.

I don’t know, i’ve never used it. I would go with:
Game plan: shoot on sight
Tackling: normal
Forwards: attack only
Midfielders: protect the defence
Defenders: drop deep
Pressing: 40
Style: 35
Tempo: 35
Offside trap: yes
Zonal marking

Good evening guys. Please I wanted to confirm if this is a good idea and if OSM simulation program will not punish me for these in top duels. You know how difficult it is to play LM and RM formations right? Because the players in these positions are not usually on transfer market. Is it wise if I capitalize on my RW and LW in these formations for 4231 and 442A then I use my RB and LB for 451 and 352?

No, because:

Whilst this is possible in real life (for example salah has played RM/RW position throughout the full season), the creators of this game do no want to let you do that for some reason, soooo:

1. The players will perform worse due to being in the wrong position. (Remember that attackers and defenders don’t have good defence/attack, but even if you put a midfielder like CAM, it’ll be better.
2. Putting players in the wrong position can be considered as match fixing.
