If you don't receive the Bosscoins you purchased inmediately, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. If that doesn't work then you need to contact our customer support. They can verify if the payment went through. You can find our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
