    Good evening,

    Yesterday I started a Fantasy League with my friends, we took turns to choose players and complete our starting XI but when I pressed to confirm my team an error popped up, the league was deleted and I never got my 200 coins back.
    I waited for a day hoping my 200 coins would be returned but I haven't recieved them back.

      Hi there,

      Are you aware that you only have an hour to complete your squad for a Fantasy League team? It could be that those 60 minutes were up and that that is the reason you received the error message. The league is then gone as you were the one that created it.

        That could be a possibility, I don't think we took that long. But if that was the case I think that not getting the 200 coins back makes 0 sense. Is there any way I can get the refund so I can restart the league?

          The best thing you can do is contact our customer support. They can check what has caused the error message and can decide if a refund of those Bosscoins is warranted or not. You can find them through the below link.

          https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

          Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
