impossible to collect reward missions blocked

Hello,
I'm trying to redeem day 2 tokens, but I'm getting an error message.

I looked in my inventory, nothing suspicious. I used inventory training, 50 tokens for various manipulations. It doesn't work.

Same issue here, I don't even have anything on my inventory but keep getting message that my inventory is full
