Ads to watch for free coins

First of all I apologize for asking about a content already discussed, but I'm actually finding difficult to get a clear point on the situation: is only me to be still not allowed to watch videos for free coins? Is there a solution on the way which I don't read about? Thanks a lot in advance to the one who'll answer.

Hi there,
No worries. There are still some issues with the adplayer on the webversion of OSM. Most of the time ads are loading for a few seconds before the pop-up automaticaly closes. The Bosscoin should still be added to your account. There should be no issues with the adplayer in the OSM app.
If the ad doesn't load at all, then it could be that you have an ad-blocker installed that is active for OSM. If that's the case, then you will have to deactivate the ad-blocker for OSM to be able to watch ads in the first place.

Meanwhile I have checked all the ways, I have no ad-blocker nor restrictions, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the browser several times, I have deactivated all the security settings possible... just videos don't play, just black screen shown as if "loading" but then no videos playing at all and no free coins to get since don't know when. I don't know what to do, sincerely.

We had another user that had the same issue with not receiving the Bosscoin. Sadly, it's unknown as to why that happens as the Bosscoin should be added. This has been tested by the admins.
What browser are you using and do you get the Bosscoin if you use another browser?
