How do leagues work

For example I’m in Süper Lig with all 18 teams managed by real users and in Matchday 25. If I go to career and look at the league there are 3 teams open to take that aren’t even in the league right now (kocaeli, karagumruk, genclebirligi) and it says 3 preseason days left. How? Is a new room created everytime a player goes to join a league that’s full?

Hi there,
There can be multiple leagues active within a given country. So if you want to start managing a team on a different clubslot and look at the same country as you are playing in on another clubslot, then it will look at a different active league. It doesn't matter if the league is full or not, as you can only play in a league with one clubslot.
Those three different teams is due to a league update. Players and teams get updated from time to time. Real life football is currently in it summer break before the new season starts. So promoted and relegated teams will be added or removed to/from the club roster.
