Tactics home and away games !

Hi, I'm currently play in Italy league with Torino Goal 9th. I've try a few different tactics and it's won't work at all. Anyone recommend a tactic for goal 9 team ? I was thinking about 4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1 but I don't know what tactics to use with it ... thanks if anyone as good advice
