Unable to Contact OSM and Revu Regarding Missing Boss Coins

Hi,
Yesterday I mentioned that my rewards were still pending on the Revu site. The problem is that I can see the credits on Revu and they are marked as credited, but I haven’t received anything on OSM. I’m being told to contact OSM customer service. But when I select that I’m having issues with the credited boss coins from Revu, it tells me to contact Revu instead. However, I have no way to contact Revu.

Then you should let our customer service know that it's not possible to contact revu because the offer is listed as 'credited'.

How am I supposed to contact your customer service? Because whenever I try to find contact information, I am redirected to the provider of these credits. So I am unable to contact your customer service. If you can provide me with an email address, I will gladly send them an email.

Didin't you received a reply from our customer support on your created ticket? If so, you can reply to that email and tell them that you can't contact revu.
Otherwise you will have to create a new ticket through our website at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and explicity tell them that you can't contact revu because the offer is ilisted as credited. Otherwise they will send you back again to revu as that is the standard procedure.

As I said before, creating a ticket is not possible. Try it yourself. The link you gave me: when I click on “didn’t receive Boss Coins after accepting the mission,” it tells me that I need to contact the provider. So filing a complaint with OSM doesn’t work, not even through the link you sent.
And when i go to Revu i see al the open credits ( i can get hulp hy credits thanis ope ) and the vredit that is been credited is cloed so i can not contact for those credits. On the mainpage i can see the bossoins in totally but that it. I cant do anything with that. There is no option to context them also. The prblem is that they ddint withdraw this to my osm account.
