Cheating

Hello
I have reported a manager that is cheating in my league 2 times and i didn't get any feedback and his account is not banned
i know this is not the place to report cheating but the support really didn't help at all
here is some ss for his transfers

he makes fake accounts and take a team withing the league then he buy players from his team

i think its obvious that he is cheating its not a coincidence that 7 Teams in the league with no coaches bought players from him lol

How there,

We just had two Christmas Days in The Netherlands, followed by the weekend. That means that support staff has been out of office for that timeframe. How long ago did you created the ticket? If you created it around that time, then there is a chance that they haven't been able to handle your ticket yet.

Oh, that's a long time ago already. Might have either been missed or you didn't send it using the proper method. This is the method you should be using for reporting a cheater:

1. Go to https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and click on 'submit a request'
2. Select 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form.
3. for the question 'Please select an issue that you are having' you should choose 'Report inappropriate behaviour
4. Give as much details about why you suspect someone of cheating and add proof.

If you selected 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description' from that first dropdown menu, then you will get an automated reply back that sends you back to the OSM support.

Since that league has already ended, there is nothing to be done about it now, so I will close your topic.
