If you buy Packs from the store that contains items (club funds, training progression or player packs), then you will find those items in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you will see at the top of the screen. If it isn't there, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify if payment went through and give you the club funds. You can find our support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet.
