Report Regarding Multi-Accounting and Fair Play Violation - User: ham_di
-
Dear OSM Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a serious violation of the OSM Terms of Service. A user with the username "ham_di" is consistently entering leagues with approximately 20 different accounts to farm medals and trophies unfairly.
This is a clear case of multi-accounting and match-fixing. This user manipulates the league environment to ensure their primary account wins every competition, which devalues the ranking system for all honest managers. Whether a user purchases Boss Coins or not, the rules regarding "One account per person" must apply to everyone to maintain a fair competitive environment.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this user's associated leagues. Please verify the IP addresses and Device IDs of the accounts within those leagues. Such blatant cheating ruins the experience for the community and undermines the integrity of the world rankings. I look forward to hearing that appropriate actions, including permanent bans and removal of unfair rankings, have been taken.
Best regards.

Nothing new, I believe at least 30-40% of people in global top 100 is doing the same. But this game is okay with people like that being on top. I guess this game values that kind of play more than competitive play.

If this isn't the place to complain about the manager, then where is? I'm complaining through the link you sent, and you're giving me the same answer again. So where should we complain? Or can an admin come and talk to us, explain our problem, and look into our complaint?

Hi there,
There are two things that could have happened as to why you are redirected back to the OSM support:
-
You din't use the English language in the contact form. This is a requirement. If you use a different language, then you will get an email where you are redirected to the OSM Support
-
you chose 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description' from the first dropdown menu. That option is only used when you encouter a user that has an offensive managername, league name, team name (Fantasy), something offensive in their profile or being offensive in a chat message. Then you will also get an email redirecting you back to the OSM Support.
To report a cheater, you will have to use the option 'OSM' from that same dropdown menu. From there you can fill in the contact form. Under 'Please select an issue that you are having' you can choose 'Report inappropriate behaviour'.

I did as you instructed and wrote again. I hope my complaint will be considered this time.
