Important to remember:-
GROUPS that play at HOME should provide a league moderator with sufficient availability to create the league and send the invitation to everyone.

ALL groups must appoint a captain to communicate the penalties to the opponents and receive communication on penalties.

Purchasing players from the transfer list is allowed after 00:00, server time. Buying players from the transfer list before 00:00 is considered a 50-point penalty.

CPU offers can not be accepted at any time; And will also have a 50-point penalty for each player sold to the CPU by the offer.

Good Night, Firstly, as Captain of BLACKSTAR, I come through this topic to open 2 denunciations. We are playing the STARCUP quarterfinals against the SPARTACUS group, whose captain is Mr. Juup Hainkis, where the battle began today. We ask the maximum understanding of the organization of this great and organized championship to observe these 2 denunciations that I will make.
The first complaint would be for the creation of the league, where in the topic above Mr. Kevin Cristian, the same quote: "On Wednesday, the 15th between 19:00 and 23:59 hours, the OSM server time." . We have no idea what time the league was created, we know that invitations were sent only around 00:30 AM OSM Server Time. You see, the schedule goes beyond the request, and even if the league was created before, we would not be able to enter because the invitations arrived after the allowed hours.
The second complaint would be for lack of ethics and honesty on the part of the SPARTACUS group, because when we received the invitations, (after schedule allowed) we entered the league and all 5 Spartacus coaches were already there, Request the scout, notice that there was a time interval in sending invitations to the SPARTACUS group, and then to BLACKSTAR. This in our view is wrong, and is an advantage for the SPARTACUS group, as the best scout players will reach them first.
We will be waiting for the organization's response, and we ask for the maximum understanding.
