Hi,
Firstly, there is no reward from the game in Winning a crew battle.
Secondly, crew battle does not affect the crew ranking. Crews are ranked according to the average manager points of the crew (I.e. the total manager points of all the crew members divided by the amount of members in the crew).
However, crew battles does affect the OSM crew battle ranking.
