But could you please try to explain to us a bit more of your idea ?
To be honest, I'm not sure what exactly you are suggesting with your post. -
If there would be a similar OFM on the internet I would stop playing this and today.
I am playing NORMAL, my opponent RECKLESS.
3 of my players are injured (1 for 5 matches) and I get a red card (player suspended for 5 matches, 4 after appeal). The opponent, nothing. Is this a joke? (I was lucky, I scored 3 goals early so I won the game).

@MenagerBL Nenad I'm really curious to know about a few more
details of your settings about this match. So here it goes:
You said you used Normal tackling. Ok with that. But...- Did you also use 90+ or 100% Pressing?
- Did you choose Man to Man marking ? And what did your opponent use? The same or Zonal marking?
- Were these injured players too tired before the match ( = their fitness level was down, not full green colour) or are they old in age too ( = like 30+ years old) ?
P.S. What was the Referee like? A red one? Level of strictness 5 ?

I used 88% pressing...Many times I asked ''old'' players about pressing and they told me pressing has nothing to do with fouls and cards.
I played Zonal and my opponent the same.
Player who is most injured (for 5 games) is 18 years old and his fitness was 100%.
No logic at all. -

As I commented earlier on "Make an overview sorted by team values (already in the game; yay) and update it every round with + value or -value in comparison to the previous round of a team. It is just another statistic."
Just for the people that like to keep track on their team values XD

@Joe-McNorthMan I'm in no position to answer you that , since I'm not one of the game developers. But I like that idea too . I enjoy a lot any colourful detail that is added on the game's updates and surely country flags is one of them. :thumbsup_tone2:
But in the meantime I've gotta say the last update of the World Domination feature was imo brilliant !

@Joe-McNorthMan The creation of this very topic was a request coming from our superiors , as you called them. And the main goal is to gather all suggestions and new ideas in here , so that the right people aka Admins & Devvers can have an easy access and get their feedback from the OSM community.
Now I'm sure you are aware of the famous law of : Supply & Demand. The more managers request or suggest the same idea/new feature etc, the more chances it will get to attract the attention of the people in charge.
So I wouldn't put it as a matter of luck to be honest and fair . It's more like a matter of time and doability of each suggestion. -

Hi.
My suggestion is to add a signal (exclamation mark or whatever) when a new message arives (or if there is a unread message) to the ''message box'' for android.
Now this box is always the same, doesn't matter if there is a new messages or not. You need first to open this box and after that there is a signal, but useless. Managers who don't use to communicate with others, or newbies never open this box. Why should they? Even experienced managers who play this game for years and who communicate often with me need 5-6 days to answer me, then what to expect from an average manager...
For example before 40-50 days I sent over 100 messages to managers from Serbia to inform them about a tournament I want to organize and only 25-30 answered, although the other login in the game every day. You know better than me that more managers use smartphones than PC's while playing OSM.
I think that's not a big job but it could help a lot... -
