@DutchCaptain Good luck with your new crew. I hope your crew becomes active tonight. If anything I know how to bring in lot of managers to a crew. After all my crew has 55 members and that is all Indians only. Imagine what I could do if it was an International crew.

@DutchCaptain You don't need to have 55 members, I personally think anything above 20 members is too much. I say maximum 20 members is fine. I have 55 members because mine is a National crew, where all of us Indians comes together to know and challenge each other and mainly to have fun. So it's good to have us all together.

A reminder about recruiting managers :
There are two occasions where a manager cannot be successfully invited to join a Crew:
- If the candidate is a fresh assigned manager on OSM and his match experience is less than 30.
Or - If the manager has just left from his/her old crew . In that case the manager has to wait 24 hours before joining a new Crew.
- If the candidate is a fresh assigned manager on OSM and his match experience is less than 30.

Got back recently and I'm open to any crew offers...trust me, I'm not a novice as I've had great experiences and beautiful moments in crews with famous reputations.
