I have just lost woefully a semi-final cup match. The score-line 5-0. But the result was largely due to the so called strictness of the referee. This the reason for my annoyance. I used the 433 formation with the wing play style of play. I adopted normal tackling but two of my midfield players were sent off. I still don't understand how two of my players will collect red cards with normal tackling. Suspecting a bug.

Sorry to hear you lost a game but this has nothing to do with a bug...red cards are part of the game and has to do with many factors..such factors that counts are, not only if you play normal but also with the style of play of the other manager and all the tactics of both teams....
