League updates (Srb, BiH)

I saw one guy already posted something about the updates, I took a look and I have 2 questions.
(please don't close this topic if you don't have the correct answers).

@King_Jamiu_10 Mate, u made a mistake, his question has nothing to do with
''real world player errors and corrections''.

1. Serbian league. Always I read that value of a team depends of the value on transfermakrt.de
   In real life Cukaricki (together with Vojvodina) is the 3rd best team in Serbia, after Partizan and Crvena Zvezda...They should have goal 3 or let's say 4. But they are goal 10. Why? Zemun (me together with guys from my street would kick them out of the stadium) who is a semi-amateur team has a more expensive squad than Cukaricki...

2. Bosnia and Herzegovina Premier league starts tomorrow. Hope the league will be updated soon aswell.

Mate, if you spot any error with team values and goals then you know the topic to post it with valid links of squad, league etc... So it can be corrected.
