I think developers for web and android had a misunderstanding when creating the game.
On android when you open specialist bar, when you select player there is showen number of goals and assists. And also, player age is near the player's name and in parenthesis () . On web there is not that showen players's assist.
And playing progres during training is green on mobile and light blue on web
I feel better playing on mobile -
And i see another problem: Text is too light

I play only on pc and I'm going to talk a little about what I think could be done better there.
The whole user interface to set up the team for a match is in need of an overhaul, as of now there is too much scrolling, clicking and changing page to accomplish this simple task.
For instance, why is there the need for a different page to decide the lineup and the specialists?
*Why do I need to mouse over the fitness bar to know the exact value of it?
*I would really like to see the full stats of the players and their fitness at the same time in the lineup window.
*Maybe even tactics and lineup could be on the same page, but this might be pushing it a little, I'm not sure.
*Most of the time I use the same few tactics, it could be useful to have "saved" tactics to set with one click.The process of choosing a team for a new league has become a nightmare, we really need to be able to see all the existing active leagues of the same kind otherwise it's pretty hard to find the way to play a more obscure league against players and all the effort you put to update them is kind of wasted.
One minor point, I'd like to see the flags of the players in the squad main view.
Other minor point, there is no more the need for a scoutlist, nonetheless it would be nice to have access to a list of all the players and their stats.
We need fantasy league back, badly.

The computer will buy your players at max price always, the amount of time it takes to do so varies but in a league with lots of people the market breaks and there is no room for bartering or negotiation as everyone sells for their max price.
I think the ai should be changed so that it only buys players a certain % above their value e.g. 150% as opposed to the current 250%.

@harry-poon Can you add something so that we can save our formations and tactics ?
I never note tactics because I'm quitting the game and after 1 week I come back
and I don't have any tactic to play with.It would be very cool if somehow we could save/note the tactics in game

We really wish an option wich is a search bar where you can search for a player name whatever where he was playing and have the chance to start a negotiation with his team to buy him or a loan deal .

since I play this game, it's always more difficult for play at league that fully of manager than play with computer, for that I think better if we have more manager point for play with other manager than computer, I suggest OSM must have coefficient to increase league with full manager playing in, that more fairly.

Too many players just buy and sell constantly, knowing how to cheat the system. It then is no longer about tactics, squad, and formation.
Likewise, realistically all this squad instability would just cause disruption and a disjointed and failing team.

I dont agree, its about activity, everybody that is active 2 times per day for 2 minutes can buy 4 cheap players and sell them so everybody can do this.
I think its good that in this game you are rewarded not only to pay with money but also be active alot.
The only thing I would like is different scenario formations.
For example Tactic A, when you lead the game, tactic B when you have one player less and tactic C when your opponent lead the game so I can be more offensive or defensive depending on the result

@konstantin-r4 That is a good point about activity just would be nicer if you had players who really played and didn't just find ways to cheat the transfer system.
