Are you guys going to fix the "Newspaper" anytime soon cause it looks terrible?
I did a lot of suggestions before but none was realized till now. -

In essence, what you are explaining to me is that we're only playing OSM for the fun of it, no real cash as reward for winning managers, right?
If yes, my appeal is that OSM should be taken to the level whereby I benefit some real-life reward (not the coins and points that don't amount to anything in real life, unless they can be converted to buy some gifts for myself in real life, maybe at the end of the season), not just virtual rewards that benefit my squad while I only use up my data for the fun of it.

Besides , the free Boss Coins that each manager receives from OSM they do cost real money!

I haven’t been on here in a while, but I have tried to find a women’s football league and I haven’t been able to find one, maybe I missed it?
But if I didn’t miss it, and there isn’t one, I think there should be
The women’s World Cup this year was great imo, and the women’s game is growing in popularity and I’d love to be able to manage a women’s team on here!

Yeah OSM add that feature, mod and staff please, give this idea to Admins, Devs. We dont ask for a lot woman leagues, we ask for something practice, for example one or two woman leagues, domestic leagues or international leagues.

1- the manager can manage his team for more than one season
2- the manager can receive offers from clubs according to his point to manage
3- the manager can receive his own budget if he save money during the season then he can have 50% of the saving and can use it in his new club

Who you train should be optional say 2 forwards or two defenders NOT limited to one of each. A few more variations would make the game better for me.

Would be cool if you could save several tactics into your account that you can switch easily too. Especially for more experience players, if you have multiple tactics you keep coming back to it's a pain in the ass to change every single thing every time your opponent changes, if you could save tactics and change quickly based on your opponent that would save a lot of time and be handy.

Is there want talks about making OSM not a one season league? I think this would bring much for dept to the game and would be great for hardcore manager who wants to keep rebuilding there team or continue with the team that they have from a previous season.

Suggestion: Give a option for block invites to specific managers
Im frustrated some times because there are some managers that have a "hobby" to send me a lot invites and I dont want join their leagues. I already text with them that stop sending me invites in a good manner. But they continue sending me invites. I have a lot people that do that to me.
So, what if OSM give us a option to block invites from specific manager? Will be great. And problem resolved.
Please, staff, devs help with this

Hello. I am coming with 3 suggestions:
- Do you think that the crew ranking for system battles can also be sorted by countries? It will be a good way to see which crews are the best in the country (maybe not all the countries have crews in Top 100)
- I think that the rule of 1 battle is not really good. Of course we can play friendlies in that time, but for some managers who are for the first time in a crew, it would be a great training to start 2 battles instead of one
- After a mistake of a crewmate, who entered by mistake with slot 1 in the crew league, I've been thinking if there is a way to make an update to change a team from slot X to slot Y as I know the resignation and re-joining the league is not possible anymore.

Five stars to suggestion 3. It's a big problem in the battles. In my crew, we've this recurring problem. Sometimes, when a newbie enter to the crew and enter to the battle inmediatly, and later he doesn't play anymore, the team is playing with 4 players, without possibility for leader to get out the player. It must be some chance of change, at least for the crew leader.

About private league
We know all that it is between friends or maybe between members who have a deal between them
In general, these league has as purpose to challenge
So my oppinion is add on settings the possibility of prevent reseign :
As we allow or prevent traning camp
We can allow or prevent the reseign
I think this option will make league more competitive and managers will like it
