More realistic ratings in lower leagues. Example, especially because I'm from Slovenia, what annoys me the most are ratings in Frist Slovenian division.
For example, Olimpija and Maribor are underrated, barely any better than other teams. Rudar's objective is for some reason 3rd place. They never in their history were higher than 4th and they should be in a relegation battle (obj. 9th place). IRL they are at the bottom of the league. Bravo, Triglav, etc same story. Domลพale, Celje and Mura are teams that should be right after Olimpija and Maribor (The gap should be a little bigger between them too (in favour of Maribor), but they aren't.
Also, (most of the) player ratings are just terrible. Some of the best players in the team are rated lower than players that don't even have a cap for their team. The only clubs with coloured club crests are Maribor and Olimpija, and Maribor's one is yellow instead of their main colour purple.
I understand it is a game and it everything but meant to be totally realistic, especially for lower-tier leagues and clubs. But this is something that can be fixed in minutes.
my question: Is there a way people from these countries could help to get an insight of team and player ratings? It would greatly benefit the overall quality of the game. I personially would love to help you with all the ex-Yugoslavian leagues and teams.

@SuperSicko Yeah I agree with you, but I don't think your proposed feature will be able to happen the like the way you describe it because not all managers are able to watch their game and make substitutions mid-game. But I do think you should have a say in substitutions maybe, so maybe there can be a feature before the game that lets you choose who you want to be subbed in and out during the game at a specific time since most Osm managers aren't there to watch their game. I do agree that it is unfair and not logical that your player that's scored two goals during a game is subbed out in the 55th minute, or your forward is replaced by a defender when your team is winning 5-0.

@ุงูุฒุนูู _140 Yeah I agree I hope a second season can be implemented in the future, but OSM will probably be a one-season game for a while.

I donโt like the double boss coin event because there is no videos for my screen size. -
@Supersuperb I also wish they had a super training promotion with the other two promotions for this weekend. Double boss coins and extra progression for friendlies doesn't seem like enough for a weekend event, especially since there was no weekend event last week.

@uchenna-a Preferably though, I would have liked to have a transfer madness event with the other two events this weekend because there has not been one for a month and it is one of the most popular weekend events in OSM.

Hi,
I have an ideea to make the penalty shoots better. I think it would be more fair to be able to choose the order in which the players are shooting. I have lost a couple of games because all the shooters were defenders. I am not sure if this infuences in any way the accuracy of the goals but it is worth taking a look at it.

Your post and idea sounds interesting imo. It may sound like a detail but an important one... Defenders for penalty shots? That's strange. So it made me wonder , which player from your line up did you choose as a Penalty Specialist for these couple of games? Sorry for asking you but I'm just trying to make sure if you know already about the Specialists feature on the game.
Any screen shot maybe showing these Defenders being used for the penalty shoots? -

I was not sure which section to use , so I went for the easiest one but I will continue postin on this other one from now on.
Don't worry , I am playing for some time now
, I did choose forward players as pentaly specialits but still you can only choose one and in my case the following players were defenders. I did not register this at that poit however I will do the next time happeing just so I can update you guys as wellThank you for your swift replies

@roni-meda Yeah but that would be hard because if you don't achieve one of them or multiple of them in a year, that would be a long time to keep trying. Basically, it could take you years to achieve one, let alone all of those. If you are just a few points short at the end of the year of achieving one of those achievements, it would be annoying having to start all over again and try again to achieve it next year for a full year again. If your proposals do get introduced they would have to be in the expert category and be worth a lot of boss coins if you achieve them because it would reset every year (Unless the achievements are only one year things) Also buying 1500 players in a year may make OSM more of a pay to win because people may start trying to buy more boss coins to buy more players to get the achievement in a year. Instead, I propose that we could introduce your achievement proposals except without a manager having to achieve each in a year (For example (Goal Machine 700 goals scored, Tactical One 300 games won) You could even then have more of those achievements worth more boss coins that are even harder (Goal Expert 1,400 goals scored and Goal legend 2,100 goals scored) and you could do the same for the rest of the proposals. Good Idea though
