Champions League Format Bug

Hello everyone,

So I'm playing in Champions League Format, and in eliminating games, me as Dortmund won 2-0 home to PSG and away 1-1 against it, and in the end it says I got knocked out.

Well I spent some coins on the team and now I lost with a game bug.! ( image url)
