İ created a english league (im the moderator) w my friends then i try to change the manager slot of the team so i resigned i cannot go back to league then i deleted my account to get back into the league but the new mod is osm is there any chance of osm accepting my request to the league

It was your choice to resign without putting it open.
Sorry but staff cant do noting about that. The league stays locked and with osm moderator for the rest of the league. Next time just be more careful. -

The above is correct! Also note that even if the league was open or a human manager was the MOD, you still won't be able to re-join the league since it's not possible to re-join a league which you've resigned from.
