His team is about the same value as mine, but he has 102 Mbappé, the other strikers are also 100 rated and he is using a 433a, PG, zonal marking with no offside trap.Any ideas on how I counter this?

433A passing 67/75/67 attack/stay/deep. Zonal and no offside trap. Will work. If u wanna be more safe use 4231. As ur and his value very close, just to be safe i suggest 4231, otherwise 433a works very well too. -
