Always captains can to do deal and they can communicate with each other. If you do not reach a consensus - will be apply look penalty system above.

The goals have changed. OSM has updated the league (for which is no my responsibility) - we have done an update of the goals:

There is no such thing as someone who opens the league ahead of time and soon has a league simulation. This is always a minimum of 24 hrs. And that is why the first day is without transfere, because we have very different hours simulations on the servers and we calmly can to join the leagues .

Mate you told the leagues should be created between 18:00 and 21:00...
If you create a league before 19:00 the matchday will be simulated the same day.
I think in our league the 1st prep day is already over, so that means we can buy and sell players now?

Penalties will only be awarded when the ttransfer is made on the 1st day of the preparation. It doesn't matter if the league was open on the server one hour before or one hour after the simulation. It's a nothing strange in the batlles OSM :ok_hand_tone1:.

You are an old OSM manager with a lot of experience. Do you really think that it is possible to simulate in the new league a few minutes after its creation? I have created many leagues, often before contractual simulation time, and there has always been 1 preparatory day which lasts about 24 h, maybe 22 h, but not a few minutes or an hour! Is it really important in this? Do we really care about every detail?The league is created, the first day will pass, no matter when and we will start to have fun with transfers.

I do not intend to punish anyone for creating a league a little earlier and there is no appeal against this decision :ok_hand_tone1:.
