No transfers in the 1st preparation day! Every transfer: -50 points but no more than 500 points for all transfers in the 1st preperation day.
However, if the opponents will agree that they will make transfers from the 1st day of preparation, they must post such information in the forum as a screen. And the organizer will accept it. But must to be a proof this deal: Print Screen.
I think the transfer mater is clear and understandable for everybody. Communication between two opponents is important.
