New formations

Is it possible to add some more formations for example, 4-1-4-1
4-3-2-1, 3-4-2-1
these are new modern formations used in reality

This topic makes me curious which formations other managers would like to see added to the game and why?

Here have some formation that no one use ( i think ) and will be good if this formation changed with this above

@Hespera because the formations in osm are quite old...
it's just much more real you can play with modern formations,
i prefer 4-3-2-1 because that more near to the 4-3-3 formation
and a 3-4-2-1 gives more opportunities than a simple 3-4-3

The only problem here is that this new formations wouldn't bring anything new to the game...Doesn't matter did 4-3-2-1, 3-4-2-1 or 4-1-4-1, all people would play this formations with ''shooting on sight'' tactic, like now with 4-2-3-1 so this change wouldn't be necessary, (4-5-1 we can understand)...4-1-4-1 formation is forced from Guardiola in last years I would say and we know his teams are playing ''passing game''...So only if people from GB could make that this formation is working best with passing game it would bring something new, but I don't know if this is possible.
