Allow me to cut to the chase and point out the major concern i am facing, my crew is facing and fellow managers of other crews are facing.
The new crew battles system is magnificent! However one problem which we are facing is the level of influence training camps are having on these battles. It is sucking the life out of this beautiful game.
I would like to point out that in the crew battles that were happening previously, us managers follow the rules set under battlepedia, which specifically has penalties for usage of training camps.
It would be a great help if some updates are made in this regard.

That is a pretty decent list of possible improvements for crew battles:
- Enable/disable training camps
- Enable/disable buying with coins
- Enable/disable timers
- Picking a league
- Challenge others directly by choice (not via system)
- Crew battles available on web-based game (not solely by application)
- Moderator tools
- Managers can pick teams themselves
What am I missing? I do not have a crew. So, no idea if anything is missing.

@phrenetiick what u have given there pretty much removes all the problems we are facing right now.
Situation right now is.. in a recent battle we are playing.. We tried to have a mutual word that we dont use camps and we got mistaken to be losers instead..
I feel what you suggested would be a move welcomed by all.. Looking forward to it

What do you think about making Footstar discord just for chat?

1: the ability for a crew captain to choose the battle's teams.

This is my suggestion :
- Golden Specialists
Create special cards for golden specialists, no more than five for each category.
Scout a golden specialist would give a competitive advantage. For exemple, an additional chance to score from free-kicks if you buy a golden free-kicks specialist, etc.It would bring more strategy on team building... Hard choices would have to be made, it's why I was talking about a maximum of five because if everybody in the league has the opportunity to buy a golden specialist, there is no interest.
You may post a vote to your social networks and managers would propose some golden specialists...
By the way, what about a Crew & community events forum to improve organisation? It's difficult to follow the tournaments on all these foreign forums. Information gets lost.

Since I noticed a few random topics/posts mentioning new ideas for our game I had to bring up this topic and remind you all that we need to have all your ideas or suggestions gathered in here for a reason. It is easier and faster for the Osm engineers and programmers to read all this stuff from one place.
Some of your ideas are found useful or interesting and do come to life after some time for all of us managers.
So please use this topic for any of your posts/suggestions on the game features.Thank you in advance.

Hi, there are few things I completely miss and that game will make a bit easier.- First thing i miss is that when you are choosing specialist, there is not direct view of played games, assistss and scored goals on the players list. It difficult to remember all that informations on 20+players squad and it will have a huge amount of use. That thing is avileable on android last time i played there (do not know is this feature that exists now). You will automatically chose most assists player on corner, and best soccer on penalty and free cicks, plus on squads you cant assists data, you have to choose all players to popout woindow with all informations. so that will be needed.
2 There is not shortcut to remove all players from squad. OSM version 2.0 (OFM) on phone used to have that, by shaking your phone. And that feature i cant see on web now, or on phone (agan do not know is the feature exists now).
Hope you will read my suggestions and implement this on the game in futures updates,

Thanks for your suggestions! The honest answer is: these are good ideas but they are currently not on the agenda to implement.

just a suggestion what if managers would get media wise, ability to engage other managers in conversation the same way you do with people within your club. And being asked questions about favoured clubs. Kinda like in the old OSM when you'd be able to post an article in the OSM Daily papers.
and also something like more detailed background for your character, the current set up is good in theory but half-baked. If you're going to give your character a background as a former lower league player...you should be able to give more details. This would affect how your character is perceived. Big difference between applying for a managerial vacancy of a club you supported and a club you used to play for just for mobile battles so like you get a chance to try vie for a club then afterwards a random draw is picked according to starts so like the weaker managers get teams like PSG n Marseilles while the stronger ones gets lower objective teams.and NO MORE TC in BATTLES JUST STRAIGHT ON H-T-H maybe with a ST but no TC

and also maybe something like PRE GAME CONFERENCE where OSM journalist like @__Microphone Mark__ randomly ask a manager a few questions before there start righting romours before big matches

About nation leagues or world cups, it is understandable transfers from other countries. Try put more players form their countries.

Evolution happened mate!
Nowadays 99% of people have access on the internet like 24/7 via their mobile phones and with wifi found almost everywhere.
Plus it is very important for every manager to handle his/her account alone - strictly personally, for his/hers best interest and above all for safety.
Therefore, I don't see this feature coming back. -

I would suggest a better best Line up design on newspaper just like in old times that it was simplier and better.
Watching the best line up of the week would be more fun like if it's shown like this.

It'd definitely be a dope idea to manually set a timer which would indicate at what specific time you'd like a player to substitute another player.It'd probably conflict the OSM engine but overall it'd give more realism to the game, because afterall you're the manager that decides when or when not, a player should play.

I would like to suggest that in Game Statistics we could see the Offsides.
I think this would be very helpful for those who use the offside tactic !! Through this, we could find out if the tactic is working or not, and thus decide whether or not it is worth keeping the tactic according to that !!
I already made this suggestion in the old forum (still in the OSM V2.0), but at the time I was told that you could see the Game Offsides in the Summary. Although I did not agree too much !! This is because it only appeared in the Summary when a goal was canceled by Offside !! All other Offsides that occurred during the game, it was not possible to see them through the Summary !!
Well, given that the Summary (now called Match Experience) is only available on Android and iOS, and that, if I'm not mistaken, it's not possible to know the Offsides through it, I think it's time to add this to the Game Statistics !!
In order not to take up so much space, I think this could appear along with the faults committed !! That is, the number of fouls appeared, and between () appeared the number of Offsides of each team !! Here is an example:
