I have observed that many managers are not so active, maybe due to busy schedules or some other reasons. I also don't find it so convenient coming in every few hours to check if there's anything new in my squad or league.
But I'm sure OSM will be more interesting and will draw more,and active, managers in, if the games are monetized.There should be monetary reward for well-performing managers. This will make the games more competitive.

Whatever we may find on the forums concerning advices & tips around the game is to be considered as a friendly and kind gesture from volunteering fellow managers to whom we are obliged.

Having read through the explanations made on the page to which you referred me through the link above, may I now ask, is there any way one can cash out (I mean into my bank account) any of the acquired Free Boss Coins or Managers' Points, maybe at the end of the season or something?

The slots/subs are mixed up. Now S2 (in the ranking list) is my third slot (according to 'profile'). This is quite confusing in my opinion. I think alternatives are available in order to get a system that is less confusing. Two of these alternatives are to use;

Following one of this two options for both the ranking list and profile, will make that e.g. S2 (in the ranking list) will be the same as slot 2Ho (in profiles).

In essence, what you are explaining to me is that we're only playing OSM for the fun of it, no real cash as reward for winning managers, right?
If yes, my appeal is that OSM should be taken to the level whereby I benefit some real-life reward (not the coins and points that don't amount to anything in real life, unless they can be converted to buy some gifts for myself in real life, maybe at the end of the season), not just virtual rewards that benefit my squad while I only use up my data for the fun of it.
I hope you understand my position now.

Yes, I did understand your position now , thank you. And my reply to you is : Real life reward , like real money as a reward for winning a league or beating other managers?
Sorry mate but this ain't happening !
Besides , the free Boss Coins that each manager receives from OSM they do cost real money! -

Hello. I am coming with 3 suggestions:
- Do you think that the crew ranking for system battles can also be sorted by countries? It will be a good way to see which crews are the best in the country (maybe not all the countries have crews in Top 100)
- I think that the rule of 1 battle is not really good. Of course we can play friendlies in that time, but for some managers who are for the first time in a crew, it would be a great training to start 2 battles instead of one
- After a mistake of a crewmate, who entered by mistake with slot 1 in the crew league, I've been thinking if there is a way to make an update to change a team from slot X to slot Y as I know the resignation and re-joining the league is not possible anymore.

But if I didn’t miss it, and there isn’t one, I think there should be
The women’s World Cup this year was great imo, and the women’s game is growing in popularity and I’d love to be able to manage a women’s team on here!

Yeah OSM add that feature, mod and staff please, give this idea to Admins, Devs. We dont ask for a lot woman leagues, we ask for something practice, for example one or two woman leagues, domestic leagues or international leagues.
