@Acantha Yea, just like I saw in an earlier post, it would be the manager's fault if no one wants to play them. I only mentioned adding the approve/reject button because you said that there are users that want to reject/approve the friendly, but personally I would not want to have the reject/approve button because of the reason you stated: everyone could reject you and you would not be able to play friendlies. I was just stating the approve/reject button because you brought it up in the discussion of friendlies, so I assumed that you wanted the approve/reject button to be added. So personally I would just like to see the away or home choice added for friendlies.

Hello,
I would suggest a new way to rank managers. Namely, one manager should be ranked according to the sum of all manager points, and not like now one slot - one position on the table, another slot - another position on the table.
-
@Ado-Hackovic Yes love this idea because I think the best managers in the world and country should be based on all their slots instead of 1 success. If you add up all the manager points it actually shows the best complete managers in the world and country by basing ranking off the best whole rounded manager in all 4 slots instead of just the best manager in 1 of 4 slots. The only thing that could be argued for this, in my opinion, is that it would be hard for all the OSM managers in the world's manager points to be added up unless a generator is used for adding up the manager points.
-
@Ado-Hackovic That wouldn't be fair to users that only want to use 1 or a few slots instead of all 4 of them.
Everyone should have a fair chance to get higher on ranking and not only for managers that play with all slots.
-
@uchenna-a I've just brought that up, to show that since this game has a lot of users it has so much different opinions about stuff, suggestions etc,
Sometimes we just should be glad what the game has to offer, because one thing is for sure, it's not possible to keep all users happy.

That's 100% correct and very much true. Every single manager on OSM must have the same chances to try and reach top ranking , even if he/she uses only one Slot.
-
@Acantha So if you only use 1, 2, or 3 slots you're added up manager points can be used for rankings. If you only have one slot, then we would just have to use that one slot for ranking. Hopefully, that won't be a disadvantage for managers that use more than one slot.
-
@uchenna-a Then you might clarify this a bit more? Because there will be always an advantage from users that use more slots over the users that use only 1 slot.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 But couldnt a manager have one place on the table with the slot with the most manager points ?? Its just stupid that one manager has 4 places on the table
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 isnβt like that? Chances are counted per slot not in total. Having one slot would make game not so interesting. So 4 slots 4 chances to gain mp who is interested on that. Playing against strong managers you could never know your rank so you have 4 chances to test your self and this is awesome. 4 times chance to improve your self why not haha.
-
@Acantha I don't see how there would be an advantage for users that use more slots than users that only use 1 slot anymore. Managers using one slot can focus on one slot solely and use their boss coins on that one slot only. Managers using 2-4 slots like me have to pay attention to all of their teams and may not be able to use their boss coins on one slot and have to use them equally for their other slots. So after thinking about it, I personally now think it is the other way around in terms of disadvantage/advantage in OSM right now.
To make there hopefully be no disadvantage/advantage for any type of OSM user, I think adding up manager points for all 4 slots for users using more than one slot would be good for rankings to sort of reward their hard work, and users that use only one slot can be ranked by one slot success and be rewarded for their strong work with one team only.

Hi,
Could I know why my suggestion has been removed from this topic while I was asked to put it here ?

After another championship lost to yet another controversial red card im fed up. The red card system / referees need a definite change. I play on normal all season and I manage to get the most red cards almost every season. This has cost me the league multiple times and just makes it so frustrating since there is almost never a moment where you actually draw or manage a win with a red card. Just now I drew my final match in the Premier league because I got a red card in the 28th minute while playing on 'Normal' with an orange ref. My player got send off because he got involved in a fight with an opponent. How does that even happen? Why would my player decide to randomly fight an opponent while im playing on "normal"
I really hope there are plans to look into this because it has become very frustrating to work with. I understand the referee is an RNG thing but giving out red cards while playing Normal on an orange referee and combining this with the fact that you almost never get a victory with a red card on your team makes it very stupid and unfair.
Is there anyone that feels the same way or is this just all in my head?

We could give your own Interviews like After Match, Before match or at Leaving club

I must say that I enjoyed the game, I think Android's best football manager simulator! But I have a suggestion, it would be nice if you could renew the contract with the club and continue with the players hired by the user management. Keep up the great work!
-
@xuxa-bolivianas Yes I agree, and I have suggested OSM becoming a multi-season game multiple times, but unfortunately people are always able to come up with reasons why it is not possible. I wish that OSM could be a multi-season game in the future because it adds a real-life factor the game, but I have realized that from what people have said it is not fully practical because there are many obstacles that need to be overcome for this to happen. OSM has been a one-season game for many years, and it probably will be for the near future and maybe even further in the future.

Greeting. I would have one suggestion regarding crew rankings. As well as the ranking of managers by country, it would be nice to see the ranking of crews by country, so that we can see where a crewe is in a country
-
We just need 3 things to be done:
1. add option to choose opponents in Crew Battles. This option could lead to fixing matches between crews, choosing weak opponents etc. Because of that add ''Friendly matches'' game mood: no matter you win or you lose, 0 pts (medals) for everyone all the time.
Same thing was done in another similar internet game I played years ago.2. add option to choose and set 10 teams leagues for Friendly matches.
3. 4 Preparation days for Friendly battles instead 1 or 2 days as it is right now.
We need these things to be done as fast as possible. It would be good for us, but for GB too.
Just a reminder: (I will take into account only 3 big competitions running at the moment)
WCC - 64 crews/participants 32 battles per month
WNT - 40 crews/participants 20 battles per month
CC - 96 crews/participants 48 battles per month
= 100 battles per month.
One battle has 10 managers and each manager is spending around 1.000 coins.
100 battles x 10.000 coins = 1.000.000 (1 MILLION) coins per month.
Three other big competitions: Star Cup, Eagles Cup, Arabs Cup = it's 2.000.000 coins per month.
With all other competitions organized within communities it's probably around 3.000.000 coins per month. If Gamebasics is interested in losing 3.000.000 coins per month then ok, no problem...
Post moved to suggestion topic

How can its be possibly

i think osm most add a section for best player of the week or month or season
