I think this has been proposed several times, but it seems that it did not meet the priorities of GB and Miniclips, so I would propose it again and comment on it a bit
introducing new formations and removing those that are not used or rarely used, or enable us users to be able to make any formation.
Can you tell us how many OSM users are actively using 325, 3232, 334 and how much is formation 631 used in real football?

As quite new OSM players me and my friends are, it didn't take long for anyone to realize this game is (sadly) mainly focused on transfers rather than working on your team and tactics. Besides, given the recent updates, here's a few suggestions that hopefully would make the experience of being a soccer manager better maybe for the next season (?

Transfers:

Console eventually always buying overpriced players should be regulated. The fact that the console can buy you a player for more than twice the price the game itself puts on it just makes no sense and this is exactly what makes the game almost all about transfers
Being able to loan players to others teams in exchange of money and player improvement with agreed prices and dates on the transfer list
Region-locking the transfer lists by continent to make the game more realistic. So if you wanted to buy a player from another continent you'd have to have the scout bring it to you

Games:

Real time games so that you can substitute players or change tactics while in play

Training:

Training the team as a whole should be a thing, apart from the individual trainings
Lower the training time a tad (from 8h to 6h)

Inactivity:

Kicking players out of leagues for inactivity after a few days should also definitely be a thing. They're just taking up space in the league

Gambling:

Betting as a way to make money on the side should be added to the game. Players should be able to put bets on games in the same league, plus this way managers would be more focused on the league's results

Press conferences:

Declaring in favor of the team or the fans / Hiring journalists to boost/lower player's morale

@teerqz Transfers are and should be main thing here as they award dedication and activity of a player. Tactics are important but they depend too much on luck, therefore puting a less effort towards transfers and more towards tactics will only make a random effect even bigger thing than it is now.

@teerqz We like OSM the way it is. That's what is special with OSM.
Just a few days before they added Bundesliga to the game, so OSM is special from other games like Fifa, PES etc

In the new update, at least once temporarily or for an event of a few days or a month, the training camp will be removed from tournaments such as Knockout Royale, etc., so that the tactics and transfers in such sensitive tournaments have the first word. hit . . Without a camp, if you don't use the camp in the first two stages, you can get a good result, but after that, if a good manager plays against you, there is no chance to draw conclusions...

If it is eliminated, managers will certainly make more transfers and the tournament will be more attractive

BATTLE MEDALS Manager ranking

Since we lost the manager ranking based on MP's for over a year now and since the new ranking system is based on inactivity and avoiding tougher competitions I have a suggestion that maybe you try and introduce a ranking based on manager medals earned in battles. But of course there should be a coefficient for earning medals in different divisions - as surely it is not same if someone earns medals in 1 star crew or in OSM division. (Same style as European Golden Boot is awarded in football)

Crews outside top 100

Also, regarding medals earned in battle. Why is there no work being done in ranking crews outside top 100? I mean surelly there should be less crews than it is managers and surelly there can be something that to rank crews outside top 100? Any chance for that in future?

@majstor-matt fully agree with you! Recently I won Austrian crew battle league in highest division. I got aim 1 and I was 1 with 8-1-1 and I got about 600 manager points... top players in ranking not playing in battle and have easier points gaining...
Also to make ranking for crew bellow 100 it is not difficult and I dont understand why this is still not done

@jasiuk88 Well, if we want to calculate accurately, those who are in the top 100 teams are less than 2,000 people, but after that, up to the crew of one star, there may be several million people. If you make this offer for every division of the crew and based on the level of the crew, more medals or more coins will be given, this is completely logical, but if it is only for the first 100 teams, it does not seem very interesting.

I completely agree with this, but I think it would be much better if the points or medals were calculated for the battles of each division separately, rather than only for the top 100 teams.

When you are coaching a team like Arsenal, which I am doing, you should be able to sign a abroad player, without them being on the transfer list. It makes it a lot more fun. So like I want to sign Frenkie De Jong to Arsenal, I can't approach him unless he is on the transfer list, I should be able sign him without him being on Transfer List. It makes it a lot more fun. And also how does promotion work in the English League 5?

Winning winners cup is no joke, but when you look at someones profile you only see No. of trophies they won, I think winner cup trophy would set players apart from the crowd.

I played this game on and off since 2015. One thing that I always enjoyed about the game was reading the press room articles after playing against one of my pals.
It's always very exciting to see yourself in one of the articles, however to me and my friends it always felt a bit impersonal when you read an AI-generated answer given (in you name) to a fictional intereviewer.

What I'd like to see is an option to give your own answer on the rare occasion that you really are in the newspaper. That way you can gave a goof with the other managers and it will be a more personal and fun experience.

Imagine the press wants to release an article about you or your team after an important match, then you, as a manager, should have the oportunity to speak for yourself and fill in the '...' quote of said article.
E.g. there's a small window of maybe 30 minutes after a game in which you have time to fill in a one-liner, given that you are covered in the newspaper, if you don't do it the game will simply fill in a default answer.

@Ado-Hackovic Yup, always has been but recently with increased luck factor it really is getting more challenging every day.

One thing I would also propose is that level of crew of manager you are playing against has some factor in it. That way all those "experts" in top 100 would get less points as they mainly play empty leagues or against "imaginary friends" .
