So who in the clear mind had an idea that you could transfer players in World Cup leagues? OMG, give that man an Oscard, Nobel, huge check, pay rise, send him to the Moon and back. Outrageous! Killed the whole spirit of World cup. So I should play with Mexico now and change whole team in 5 days to players from another countries. Bad decision!

Every manager has the option to disable the transfers when they make their league....and there are many others that want to change their team, even with teams from World Cup...
