I would really like other lower ranked crews opinions on this. Iโm sure they would like to play higher ranked crews? Or would they rather play crews close to them?

@jeffro-davies Our view is to match the battles by taking into account the rankings of the teams instead of the medal difference in team battles.
For example; Teams between the first and tenth place should be able to easily match each other when they seek a battle.
If the teams between the first and tenth places do not have a seek a battle, then there may be a match, taking into account the difference in medals with the other teams.
While we were in the first place in my old team, we had problems in this regard.

If we want to have a fair and reasonable matchmaking, we have to consider the current win streak of a crew. Crews with equal or almost equal win streaks (+/- 1 or 2) should be able to play against each other WITHIN an extended medal range, e.g. 5k.

I agree with the matchmsking system which @jeffro-davies proposed (1st-25th, 26th - 50th etc) or something similar. It would be similar to Nations League groups in real life.
P.S. Unrelated to the topic, but I'll ask anyway. Are there any plans to introduce official crew competitions such as unnofficial WCC or like Nations League in real life. I find this current battle system a bit monotonus, it's just one battle after another, endlessly and always the same, people get complecent with time...

Go on the polish forums mate. Lots of competitions are on them forums. WCC, CC,CCW,WNT etc all unofficial competitions. Donโt think GB will ever do official ones to be honest -

For example I hate losing games on purpose which is neccesery in unofficial competitions, but these official one would avoid it. My logic dictates that managers would love this, and that they would be much more competetive. A lot of them would probably invest more time and money into this game, and in the end that is the primary goal of every company includin GB. Am I right ?

@IvanAndal your English is fine and understand. I would like competitions with the official battles knockout style, canโt see it happening though unfortunately. I still love the old style unofficial battles competitions. Sure my crew would like to play in everything available

I'm all in for "fair play & play to win" ! And at this point I grab the opportunity to remind to everybody that collusion ( aka setting losing tactics ) goes totally against the article 8 of the OSM Terms of use! -
And some food for thought guys...
Please try to consider that every battle provides new points, so if crews were matched with others much lower ranked ones, it would make it unfair to climb on the ranking. Because it's expected that the high ranked crews are there because they are better in every way.
So for top crews being matched with way weaker ones will grant them unfair points to climb even more in the rankings. -
Answer to your example:-
Weโre only searching one at a time Sophie mate. Soon as one is found out our last team will start searching ASAP. Thatโs how we have been doing it, I even booted someone yesterday and started searching again with just the one team as we didnโt find a crew in over a week.As for examples to search Iโm unsure, we only watch crews in the top 10 when their battles reset hoping we get one of them and havenโt looked past the top 10ranked and somehow theyโre missing us and playing lower ranked crews. Iโm sure they would love to play us instead and a chance to catch up.
Think the top 10 should be done slightly different to be honest. For example 2k medals difference to lower ranked crews can get a lot higher ranked and jump lots of places in searching. But 2k difference in the top 10 is isnโt much at all between the higher ranked crews. So maybe top 10 searching could be done differently (from 1st to 10th is over 2.5k battlepoints difference at the minute.
