@Ado-Hackovic I understand that , honestly. But if I let one person write in other language then next day we might get filled with non- English posts in here and this wouldn't be nice for every non - Balkan visitor on the World forum. Nothing personal Aldin. All is good .

When reporting a rule violation the violation must not be ooder than 3 matchday. If it is older it will not be taken under consideration.
Why is this so ? Simply because we want to stop ignorance exploatation. If a manager is not aware that he is making penalities he will keep repeating them. If we warn him immediately he will stop, but if we keep quiet and let him stack up the penalty points then he will be incompetetive. This is a rule introduced in the spirit of fair play. Help other be better.
