How many messages do we need before being able to upvote/downvote forum posts?

@DMFArranhado98 You don't have to have a certain amount of posts before you can downvote, you need 50 reputation in order to downvote posts. I don't know the exact amount of messages or reputation you need to upvote pots in the forum though.

I firstly thought it was about forum posts, as this is the data have displayed on our profiles.
If it's about personal messages, is there any counter we can check to get a feeling on how far we are to achieve the regular user status?

Let me just give quick debrief:
-50 reputation needed to downvote a forum post
-20 forum posts needed to upvote a forum post
*Note: Even if you earn 50 reputation, if you get downvoted and then have below 50 reputation you can't downvote a forum post again until you get back to 50 reputation or more.

That's correct and spot on!
Just to add, same applies to forum posts. If you have 20 forum posts and one of your post gets deleted for any reason, you won't be able to upvote a post until you have 20 posts again.
