Hello, my crew mate has an problem with his account. He delete his app from osm and now he cannot logging with Osm. He has not fill in his email and now he cannot logging with his account. We playing an crew cup and now we don't get points with his team.

Please can somebody help us that he gets his account back?

In this case, you (or he) will have to send an email to EN.support@onlinesoccermanager.com with a clear explanation of the problem and include manager name.

What @Manager-PR-9 suggested is correct but your friend/crew mate must send the mail himself and not you or any other third party.
