4-2-3-1, Shoot on Sight, Zonal, No Offside, Attackers: Support the defense, Midfielders: Standard, Defenders: Stay back, 59 / 39 / 39.

Stick with 4-3-3 A, Wide Play, 80 / 85 / 80, Zonal, No Offside. You should be able to win it easily.

I would recommend you to either go 5-3-1-1 or 5-3-2, Counter Attack, 30 / 30 / 75, Zonal, No Offside, Make sure your midfield helps the defence! The style of play depends on the color of your referee of course.

Since he's weaker, I'd recommend you go 3-4-3 B, 70 / 70 / 85, Wide Play, Offside Trap ON, Zonal.

I prefer going 5-3-1-1 or 5-3-2 / 30 / 30 / 75 / Zonal / No Offside
