Stick with 4-3-3 A, Wide Play, 80 / 85 / 80, Zonal, No Offside. You should be able to win it easily.

I would recommend you to either go 5-3-1-1 or 5-3-2, Counter Attack, 30 / 30 / 75, Zonal, No Offside, Make sure your midfield helps the defence! The style of play depends on the color of your referee of course.

Since he's weaker, I'd recommend you go 3-4-3 B, 70 / 70 / 85, Wide Play, Offside Trap ON, Zonal.

If by "sensitive" game you mean an "equals" one (where the teams are similar) then I would recommend you to go 4-3-3 B, Wing Play or Passing Game, 72 / 84 / 66 / Zonal / No Offside / The style of play depends on the color of your referee.
