Referee's normal, go for normal tackling.
Your midfield is the only weak department in the main three departments, so maybe you could prefer less midfielders. You need more defenders, and what you should use mainly is forwards. If we talk about this, 4-2-4 A or 4-2-4 B might do the trick. Prefer shoot on sight in these formations.
